No matter how much I may complain, and how much he annoys me, this man helps get me through. Howard U is a difficult place to survive with all of the politics, corruption, lack of resources etc. and theres nothing sweeter than having someone here that you can just unravel with. Its also a difficult place for relationships to survive with all of the girls desperate for a decent man, and all the guys desperate for a decent girl. Despite all of this, he scooped me up during our spring semester freshman year, and has kept me ever since. This man loves me whether my hair is relaxed or natural, whether I’m happy or sad, and even when I piss him off lol. He’s given me all of him, loves me with everything he has, and fights to keep me each day. He is the only 21 year old guy I know who thinks of someone else (me) in every major decision he makes. And when he chased me and won my heart, he was the only 19 year old college freshman I knew who was so focused on what he wanted (me), he made it a reality. I can’t say that we’ll be together forever. I mean, I don’t know what I will want tomorrow let alone in 5, 10, or 15 years. But I do know that for right now, he is perfection.

I dont know this little couple but how adorable are they?! What won me over was their picture from freshmen year and him with those braces.
